Maltose Syrup is made from refined starch by biochenical technology. The concentration is more than 50% of maltose.
It has low sweetness and moderate, godd taste and resistance to crystallization, low freezing point, in the condition of high temperature and acid, it is stable, with the advantages of high osmotic pressure etc.
